When you purchase from us, you receive an extended 2-year warranty on your magnifier. If anything happens to your product:

Disclaimer: Warranty is only available for MagniPro Customers and must be activated 10 days after receiving magnifier in the mail. Customers under 3rd party merchant like QVC, or Sharper Image, ETC. Are not covered because we need proof of purchase and customer information. We only give warranties to Amazon, Ebay, ETSY, Walmart. & MagniPros.com. Warranties only apply for internal issues like, battery would not charge no more, battery would not hold charge, lights flash or won't work or magnifier lights well not turn on. magnifiers that have a crack lens, or battery covers become lost is a external issue and warranty would not cover.
Warranties are for United States customers, due to shipping cost and limitations.
